 Executive Protection Specialist (New England/New York)

A dynamic and growing protection detail in New England (Connecticut and New York areas) is in need of experienced protection specialists. Professional female protection specialists are heartily encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will need to have:

At a minimum:

  • exceptional communication skills
  • minimum 2-3 years of EP experience (mostly families with children)
  • prior EP training
  • first aid/first responder/AED certified
  • availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime
  • good physical condition and neat appearance
  • must pass extensive background investigation

In addition, best qualified candidates will also have:

  • 3-5 years of EP experience including travel
  • self-defense training
  • completion of R.L.Oatman and Associates, Inc. 2 or  7 day program
  • completion of protective driving school
  • college experience or degree in related field

Executive Protection Specialist (Texas)

Salary: Base $65K-$95K, overtime, bonus, plus comprehensive benefit package to include an automobile

SUMMARY                  

 These multiple positions are for corporate executive protection of a high net worth family working with children throughout your career.

 RESPONSIBILITIES  

 Responsible for protection of personnel as well as property and personal assets in a global setting. Works closely with family staff members and local law enforcement and security officials. Resolves extremely complex questions and problems.

COMPETENCIES/ABILITIES

 Candidates may possess government dignitary/personal protection or law enforcement personal protection experience.

 A working knowledge and experience of corporate executive protection operations, having worked full time with executive and family protection, to include children, is preferred.

Candidates must be in and maintain themselves in excellent physical condition with height and weight proportionate.

Candidates must be able to work comfortably in a team environment as well as on their own.

Qualified candidates must be able to multitask, think quickly and respond to a dynamic, ever changing environment.
Applicants must be prepared for domestic and overseas travel and be able to pass all Texas private security requirements to include a demonstrated proficiency with firearms.

Candidates must have a clean driver’s license record.

Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills with superb writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively and seamlessly with the family members, corporate executives and senior colleagues of the family in business and social environments.

 Candidates must have independent judgment and discretion.

Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree.

EP Team leader/EP Supervision experience is preferred.
